What’s in it for you as a Group Leader?
We offer Group Leaders the opportunity to travel at reduced fares, and often for free. You may also be entitled to additional perks for your efforts. It will depend on the size of the group, duration of the trip, and the destination.
Tips for Planning Your Next Group Trip
- Make sure you start planning far in advance of your departure date – at least 6 to 9 months before your departure.
- Decide who the group leader will be for the trip. This will be our “go to” person.
- Determine the type of trip the group would like to go on – possible destinations, themes, and budget!
Once the type of trip and itinerary has been determined, Take Time To Travel will create a webpage for your event with all the details, a promotional flyers and the registration forms so that the information can be distributed to your potential group members.
